Rainbow Congratulations Card

This was such a fun card to create and I am in love with the new cover die, its quite simple and I cannot wait to use it more.

Hello lovelies and welcome to fun blog collab between Studio Katia & Heffy Doodle. The two design teams have come together to share some inspiration using products from both companies and also there is some fab prizes to be won.

For my card I decided to try something I don't really do and thats use pastel colours. I used the super cute and fun Heffy Doodle Treat Yo'Self Stamp and die set to create the card.

I started off using the Heffy Doodle Circle Masqurade stencil and along with the Studio Katia Blender Brushes I very lightly stenciled a circle off the edge of the page using Pink & Blue ink.

Whilst I let that dry I stamped and coloured the cute candy floss image twice using Spectrum Noir Markers. I then die cut them out and added some foam tape behind them, some white gel pen details and also I used some Sparkle pen as you can see below.

I die cut the panel out using Studio Katia Dotted Patterns 1 die Set and then stamped the sentiment.

The paper is from my stash and i thought it worked well.

To finish off I added a scattering of Studio Katia Sky Blue Crystals using my Embelishment Wand.

Studio Katia June Release Blog Hop

Hey lovelies, I hope you are all doing well.

I'm excited to be joining the rest of my teamies for the June Studio Katia Blog Hop.

This is an amazing release which features 6 stamp sets, 4 sets of co ordinating dies, 6 Stand alone dies, 15 new embellishments and something I am super excited about....6x6 paper pad !!!

For my project for the hop I could resist using the fab Craftastic stamp set along with the new Dotted Slimline Set 2 and of course the new amazing paper pad (All products will be linked below)

As the matching die is a solid die I started off die cutting it first and then stamped onto the die cut. I used Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers to colour it in using a slight rainbow theme.

I took one of the Slimline dies and die cut a panel of Neenah card and one of the new papers.....I have to say Im SUPER impressed with this paper, its so nice to work with and doesnt feel cheap and it is a lovely weight, Im really excited to work with it more and I am a bit of a patterned paper snob.

From the co ordinating die set I used the crafty word die and die cut it 3x from neenah and once from black card and adhered them together, slightly off centring the black piece to create a drop shadow.

I used the same black card to create a thin strip which I adhered along side the rainbow paper.

I used Studio Katia Foam tape to adhere all the pieces and stamped the sentiment around the die cut word.

To finish off I used 3 of the new crystal mixes and randomally adhered them across the whole card.

I can see this stamp set being so popular and its so fun to colour.
